This notice explains how GV Trading Srl handles the personal data of anyone who visits gvtrading.eu or writes to the email address shown on the site, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

This site uses no cookies

The site is made of static pages. It sets no cookies of any kind, uses no analytics or profiling tools, embeds no social widgets and loads no resources from third-party domains. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

The "Open in Google Maps" buttons are plain links: nothing is loaded from Google until you click one, at which point Google's own privacy policy applies.

Data collected automatically

Our hosting provider [name the provider] records in the server logs, for technical and security reasons, the IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser type. This data is not used to identify visitors and is kept only as long as needed for diagnostics and security [state the retention period]. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Data you send us by email

If you write to info@gvtrading.eu, we process your email address, name and any other data contained in the message, solely to answer your request and manage any business relationship arising from it. Legal basis: pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). The mailbox is hosted on Microsoft 365. Messages are kept as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet legal obligations.

Recipients

Data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties. It may be processed by technical service providers (hosting, email) appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing, by writing to info@gvtrading.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
